Well due to having no response in almost 3 days I ended up reinstalling the game which fixed the issue. Thanks for your help and feel free to process this.

To be fair jungle camps aren't fully balanced yet, only a few heroes can do them and it's not really optimal. They just serve as some farm when there's nothing to do in lane.

@ArOuNDThaWOrLD They're random chance as a new rune type instead of spawning alongside normal runes. Now there are 6 rune types total, 1/6 chance to find them.
