@nabo. It happens all the time, on every Euro DotA game. I gave the whisper thing a shot before I posted here, but since I`m playing though ENT connect and LAN I don`t think it works. My ping hans around 40-60ms, and I don`t have any issues with us/ca games anyway, so I don`t think ping is the issue...
