I vote banning only the first leaver who leaves prior to 5 min of game end time. and a ban of 12 minutes (I dont like a longer ban, because I don't think it's needed to ban players for hours in custom games and I don't want to lose players and make them join other bots)

i just came up with an idea for custom games with ELO system, that is to divide players by ELO. since some of the leavers leave games because they don't want newbies in their own team or they are newbies themselves, i think this can somewhat solve the leaver problem. divided game is something like: ...
