this is the start of it.. i think give it time mate and all will understand and enjoy it. id rather this problem to solver or waiting in lobby for such time and starting the game and facing duplicated drafts.

In the latest LoD map. they have extend relo cd time to 100 no scepter. with scepter 70cd. with octa 45cd if i remember right. so in this case should we ban scepter with relo ball and that will give relo a longer cd time. if rearm phant was ban due to being ban on a later LoD update.
