Confirm, he was basically afk from 21:00 till the end. Running around or sitting in the fountain.

Riki did try to help, but for many times he was silenced by thrall's ultimate. Maybe he is not good with riki, which is not a reason to ban him. However, Abbadon (seba_castag12) was afk from 18:00 till he got kicked. Confirmed.

He was trying to level up to lvl 6, thats why he chopped trees to stay at safe place. However, he did follow gyo till the end for a long time, basically use order M to follow gyo for the rest of the game. Confirmed.

Canis refused to play after 13:00, he basically sit in fountain and tried to forfeit for like 7 minutes. Imnotgoodota sit in fountain after 17:00 till 20:00 when they still had all raxes. Confirmed.

I don't think stealing neutrals will be banned and I didn't see he lied about any particular rules. However, he did insult others, and I think a warning should be given. If he had previous warning, a ban should be considered.
