In the new version after lvl 120 everything goes crazy. I haven't ever seen someone get past 120, but some people do and in 1.02, the game effectively ends there. I don't think so. I've beaten v1.02 many times. Go the the YouTD forum and see all the people who has beaten 240 waves and their screens...

No, the demise of SC is due to the advent of SC2. You will see WC3 in the gutters when WC4 comes out. That's for sure.
