If someone is merc on a team and everyone on that team leaks except for one person, that one person that holds is the person playing merc. Almost always the merc player will then go on to hold all of the leaks for all the other players.

Both teams can merc, so I do not see the issue here. Merc is pretty imba race for holding 1-20. But, it does have its weaknesses. Cross+merc is certainly gay, but not impossible to win against. Why isn't it bannable to go merc? It is literally the best builder in the game. It seems like every game is against crossers that transition into merc.

Why not just ban excessive fountain farming? Banning people for not giving up is some serious bullshit. The whole reason !ff exists is so that if THE WHOLE TEAM gives up then the game can end. Are the ent staff enacting rules regardless of what the community wants?
