human pro, Eurobattle.net works with old version of patch 1.26 , so if you are using new patch, if you updated it to 1.27 version, that might be a reason for your problem. Also I saw on Eurobattle.net forum that some players complain how ENT is connected only from Atlanta, not from another USA city...
