Well after 10 seconds, the ELO change should occur if there's a leaver, the current 2minute leanway gives player's time to decide if there roll/mode is to there liking. Simply if your not happy with what you've got in the first 2 minute's you can decide to just leave if you get bad rolls you suffer...
