It's been tried several times in the past, hosting 1200+ Games, and the lobbies very rarely/ never filled. Don't see that changing at all. People either: 1. don't care about elo at all and will play with or against anyone 2. Smurf on new accounts constantly 3. Like to stack against low elo players 4...
