The thing about meepo is that he's so retardedly broken in em that you can still destroy pubs going inefficient stuff like treads, vlads, mek, heart, etc.

With your suggested changes lc would become ass and tide and cent (esp tide) would be extremely broken.

I also dislike some changes in 6.83, but we've playing 6.81 em on ent for quite some time now. Even noobs are starting to realize how heroes like meepo are broken in em.
