Java removed the medium button in configure menu, it only has high and very high. When I added the link of ENT Connect to exception list, Java acted like I did nothing. Ironically, Java sent me a warning/outdated to update to 8 because it is necessary, but it only made things worse. No medium button...

Few days ago I uploaded a map World in Flames 1.4 (opt), was it rejected or the size limit of the map is the problem?

I uploaded a World in Flames 1.4 (opt) map and it doesn't show in LAN, it's not getting ENT hosted.

why am I desynchronised/disconnected?

I tried playing Azeroth Wars, Pudge Wars and after the loading screen I get a message "you were disconnected from the game". What is causing this?

Nope.

At the start of the game I get disconnected, I am new to this, so I tried a few maps and in every map I get disconnected when the game starts. I get a message ingame "you were disconnected from the game"
My connection is stable and fast, I didnt see bots and I don't know what's causing this.
