When I said Around 14 minutes into game I am too used to time being played instead of the time picking skills. So you will have to add 6 minutes or so to it. Should be 20-21 minutes into game. But it's around 14 minutes on the clock.

Not sure if he MHs or not, but he's terrible at LOD. Played with or against him many times and his skills nor movement shows otherwise, but correct me if I am wrong.
