i think the game is often more fun with more players, changing ltd x10 from 2v2 to at least 3v3 would be an improvement.
or, perhaps a separate 3v3 or 4v4 autohost bot?

yeah ltd is a pretty laggy map, fair enough. true, it's possible to hold, but given that the default mode is hpgmcb and how broken some of the units are, some players will have a distinct advantage lvls 1-10 in lumber and income and therefore king upgrades and value, not to mention in later levels. ...
