Well, I wasn't talking about delayed fog clicks. I talked about bug clicks which can happen after respwan for example. Meanwhile I learned how to use the Dota Replay Manager. I have been told that it doesnt log fake / bug clicks, only real clicks.
Or maybe my source is wrong?
For this game the click has been logged. Would you still say that this fog click is not legit? :S
