No I didn't experience this a lot. Just annoying when it happened a few times in a week.

I haven't had it since 1.27 is on ENT Connect.

It doesn't happen very often but I believe it only happens to players using ENT Connect. A good example is this game below where "Docter" and I used ENT connect and got Desync'ed at the same time.
