The new patch/update has messed up my screen size or resolution again...

I was able to fix this after the last update by unchecking the "Aspect Ratio" box but now after this update there is no longer that Aspect ratio box.

Any suggestions?

Please someone help with the new patch resolution issue that some of us are having. I have tried Regedit and changing the games resolution and I tried going to the "options" menu before logging into bnet and nothing.
