Happening to me recently on HM RPG most notably, and it's the only map I play. Going up to 134+ ms and I am never above like 23.

I copied wc3 from my old winxp machine via USB to my new win7 machine, I think this fucked up my wc3. I can't get gcx to run at all. I somehow got it to OPEN (dll missing, debug privileges, blah blah) after many errors. But it doesn't record any game events. Tried 3 diff downloads... zephyr's, twrpg...
