Is the clockwreck's ability (Cluster Rockets) supposed to deal no damage?

In the description it says 10 splash dmg + 1s stun, but it doesn't deal any damage, only stun.

Clockwreck = upped geomancer btw.

Missed heal shortly after 10:44. I was on the team. Red was refusing to cooperate throughout the game (sending dino 3, building in middle of lane, etc.), and only sent 17 under the requirement that I not report him.

I have copied the w3lh.dll into my Warcraft folder and tried to run gproxy.exe as administrator.
Anybody know something about this error?
