everytime i join dota game it starts to download the map then at 99% i get kicked any solution?

i have same problem and still cant play dota

well.. thanks for reply i know staying there afk at the fountain is banable but really it is really unfair to start the game with slark on killing spree and have few more gold from the teleport and that wont happen again.. thank you soo much
