I played yesterday against CFO (DOTA), for a good 2 games. I suspected that he MH:ed, because everytime I would approach him in fog he would back, even though he had no wards. Is he banned for MH?

I'm pretty sure he would already be banned because he was afk kicked. Perhaps admins will add to his ban for the throwing part.
