I think both of your accounts of what happened are misleading. What's the point of having the -kickafk command if anybody who goes AFK for couple of minutes gets kicked off the game (there must be a threshold which is 5 minutes)? He wasn't AFK for purpose moving at the fountain, he was actually play...
