It is very rare it happens, have notified telstra about it and they came out today to fix this issue. So fingers crossed it is resolved

Why are you banned: Power went out and I was disconnected
Why you should be unbanned: If the power did not go out I would not have left the game. Regardless if I am doing well I stay till the end.
