I've observed as we speak, no bots managed to do 1.30 & another version (in your case 1.28). Prior to 1.30 this was possible but not anymore.

Current official bnet connected hostbots are only compatible with 1.30 so far.

Install windows 7 or later use firefox. Problem solved

Common problems are:
-needing to copy and rename 1.28F's
Warcraft III.exe to war3.exe
...since it's not included in the online updater / Warcraft Launcher autoupdate.
