My internet cuts out from time to time and sometimes my roommates wont be able to connect so we always restart the router/modem. Thus me disconnecting from games whether I am winning or losing. I left those games because I knew my roommates were restarting the internet. We have this internet problem...

Also my roommates cannot enter ent games because of me is this normal?
