Am I to understand that the titan is allowed to leave the game at 20:00 on the gp for w.e reason as long as its no sooner than that? So in theory someone could titan for just 10 mins every game unless they were about to win?

It would make for much shorter game's I guess but it seems to give titans no incentive to try after 10 mins.

The mods will consider the reasons of your leaving regardless of the rule and if there wasn't a valid one, you'll have to pay for it at that point.

In general: Leaving is not good, dont do it.

Burn.. Any ENT game you play as affect on your stay rate. Whether the bot bans for it depends on the game. That being said, you should still not leave TD or ID games because it affects your stay rate.

Ah, I understand now...I was a little confused by your wording.

Just to clarify since it still isn't exactly clear yet:

1) There is no auto-ban for Island Defense. (yet)
2) Leaving reduces your stay rate for all ENT games. (obv. though)
3) Low stay rate means longer auto-bans.

Proof that you don't play ID. When a titan leaves after 10 min he usually is level 3, has no items and ankh probably gone. This does not allow someone to takeover.
