Does hp regen on sword of magistrate stack?

You know the sword that gives 20 dmg and 15 ias and hp regen. Say I stack 3, does the hp regen stack?

Everything but the attackspeed stacks for sure.
I think the attackspeed stacks but not sure.

hp regen is the same as cloak's hp regen (which also stacks).

--

hp stacking is the whole reason why apom / etc would get 3+ swords as demo.

AS stacks with sword

regen with sword (if you have 3+ sword) you can see a diff

and cloak + sword op
