About activity of some people on the vouch list:
First thing you have to remember is that we host for both EU and East/West, means we have to chose a time that is acceptable for all or most of the people/timezones. And although Saturday evening (20:30 for euros) might not be the optimal time for IHs, a change of the time can cause a East to be unable to participate due to a bad time.
Although we are looking for better times to play IHs, the only solution to have optimal times for both realms would be splitting the IHs into euro and east/west - which wont work out since we are lacking players for that.
Gonna talk with art about the time anyway these days.
I didn't want to keep that discussion going in the "Request to be Vouched 2.0!" section. Also maybe others can post any questions they have.
Anyway, I don't think changing times will solve all the problems between Euros/US timing issues. Even if you swapped times. That doesn't exactly mean each individual will be able to attend. Maybe if you took a consensus on Euro players best time/days to do it. That might help, however I doubt it will make a huge difference. But if that does, there would be the issue of US players in numbers. The focus shouldn't be derived mainly on changing times. As you mentioned, there is just not quite enough.
Is there anything that can be done about the strict vouching of players or procedures? This is obviously effecting the amount of US numbers on the vouched list. Not saying there is a biased towards Euros. Merely the recognition stems from the two not getting many chances to play together (due to time/etc.)
There is currently an issue going on with the new "Vouched 2.0" section. Which makes me go back to the procedures. You now have people currently on the vouched list, posting for those who are not on it. This is causing people to "bump heads." At this moment there is no official "Trial-vouched" players. That idea in my opinion, is a huge advantage. Would open up the opportunity for the players to prove themselves. Rather than spamming/trolling replays of them wall walking in pubs and etc. Although that does help prove a point, it isn't very adequate. I wouldn't see wall walking in an IH game as a valuable risk.
