They are all just far too easy to get nuked - too hard to re-wall. Number 3 is on the right track though.

I don't get your wallings, you have to have as less walking path as possible and further from nuke spots as possible in order to have more towers and make it easier to re-wall.

Here is my rendition of base 3 (base on top of eurobase) : http://i.imgur.com/aZcQMnV.jpg

^ would have slightly changed the walling in the top left to reduce the bounce range from nukes if suppers are in the base.

But the principle is simple.

Really Art)y? There's only 1x1 square unit where u will get nuke bounced with the hunter. The main concern is getting nuke bounced when worker blocking.

aRt)Y wrote:^ would have slightly changed the walling in the top left to reduce the bounce range from nukes if suppers are in the base.

But the principle is simple.
Obviously the building lay-out will be different if it is eary/midmid game, as there is more space for everything without a merchant or ARC. This walling style is mainly for solo basing since there isn't much room for anything in the late game, in the early/mid game, you'll be better off with a lot less towers for more space for workers and stuff.

If there is a supporter, then you can not build as many towers in the early/mid stage and kill mana pools for walking space and put supporter's RC on the ARC spot. You should have plenty of space to prevent yourself from getting bounced. I don't know how you will change the walling, because if you change the top left walling then he will be able to be nuked from the bottom. With my pathing it is un-nukable from the south side of the base.

To explain my building placements more, If you replaced the north row of towers with mana pools, then you can walk there when base breaks hopefully killing a few minions before you get chain nuked. If they follow you all the way up North, then you can try TP to the front and wall them in to escape or even get more kills.

I normally just jump base here with a lot of mana pools instead of towers then transition it to a proper base when there are too many minions, replacing most of the mana pools with towers. Of course, it works better with a Faerie or something so that you don't use as much food on towers with the heavy duty mana pool upgrade, blink/phase shift/wall walking, which is great for jump basing.

Also, in order for the hunter to be glitched inside the RC, you'll have to make sure you make sure it is the first time researching the hunter, and make sure it has never died before to glitch it. That's why it's easier to just early base here.
