I'm holding peon tryouts.

Peon tryouts include:

1) Show a setup with 6 fruit trees + shelter + RC & at least one wall before 1min after the titan spawns. Also, if titan comes instantly, the only thing titan will get is wall feed.
2) Show full deny lumber base without failing.
3) Mid walling (item jump proof)
4) Setup a tower base fast enough. If titan comes with minions from one entrance while you are building, you should be able to escape by going the other entrance by having at least 2 entrances walled off before basing.

I think BTI has reached enough popularity to be considered more like a Home-ID clan rather than a Pros/Advanced ID clan not to mention various shamans and whomever else has access recruiting friends etcetc..

1) Basically knowing how to LB properly though you can't always expect players to be perfectly prepared for this.
2) Sometimes it'll fail, even yourself has done such. Little skill should be judged on this
3) Don't know how this determines skill either but mere copying a very common thing in ID zz
4) If a single titan comes while you are building you continue to upgrade and periodically repair your walls unless you meant late-game where he's fed with megadamage and armor. Knowing when to base should be a more important key into this step; If he is across the map, you build and if he pearls it will take him sometime to TP and go to your base by the time that happens (without wimping out and just leaving 5g+ of wallfeed) you should already have a stable enough base to defend yourself (Also taking into count you have a proper amount of lumber and are prepared to get straight to towering (aka deny lb is still standing with necessary resources already built)) In other words; Common sense.

I'm not in BTI nor do I play enough to follow these things myself but I felt the need to provide some feedback only to prove point 1:

I mean obviously you won't recruit noobs who have 10 games and wanna be a part of the family but I'm talking just in a general term it should be more welcoming.

2) Full deny lumber base without failing.
3) Mid walling (item jump proof)
4) Setup a tower base fast enough. If a single titan comes while you are building, you should be able to escape by making walls at entrance.

Btw, no initiate has passed my tryouts so far, maybe someone will be the first to do it.
