I see. I don't think the system does a good enough job then because what about the gold and the chance for an additional mini. Those are both powerful things. One more mini is more heals, attack dmg, nuke. I think the gold should be scaled up so that for each leaving builder, every 10 gold gives you a bonus for every leaving builder.

It seems like the system doesn't handle all aspects of a builder leaving. And given the mini potential I would rather they not leave.

Edit: and I would still prefer leaving builders be banned in the first something, I dunno what time period that may be. I don't like immediate leavers. Like the first 30 seconds or something.

@narbtit Island Defense is such a complicated game to balance that increasing gold per leaver would be more damaging than helpful. Builders that leave only help the builders that are still left as there is less feed for the titan. But I completely support builders being banned for leaving pre 10 minutes.

It's not necessarily about the complexity but the cheer volume of scenarios - a reason why implementing/balancing ELO was/is an issue.

So don't join and say its a bad idea because you do it like every other game. @Snowslain is right, When your not ruining by denying your own minion through your own fuck up your spending your time obsing games cbecause you afk lobbys 24/7.
