It doesn't have !load idih.cfg on it. I guess this can also be easily fixed.

Guess we can consider using a public euro bot of ENT to host IHS when we have a lot more europeans than easts after the first IH. (7/11 or more)

Public hosting will be your choice.

We are gonna use a public euro host bot from ent now to host IDIHs given there are more than 60% euros (7/11 or more, observer doesnt count obv)

Will happen depending on how many ppl sign in beforehand/inform us about their participation.
If we are not informed properly we will host on the usual ENTIDIH bot with the possibility to switch anytime, given there is a majority of users from Europe.
