ENT Gaming

Since currently 16/26 vouched users are europeans (unvouched users who participated more than once until now is ~ 50/50 europe/usa-ca, most active ones being rez,vega,gugl and werwolf from europe and arma, narbtit, aswell as pandaren- from usa/ca) I do not see a reason why the entidih hostbots should be located at the USA (atlanta?) instead of Europe (west/central) when the majority of active IDIH participants are european.

If possible I'd suggest to move all entidih hostbots to europe for default hosting and keep one at usa/ca which will be at specific days depending on how many europe/east+west users are online/participating. If not possible I suggest moving all entidih hostbots to europe to grant the majority of participants optimal pings.

I refuse to play entidih on Europe. I'm sure many US/CA players will feel the same. But, I think that having Europe servers/bots for Euro inhouses will benefit the ENT ID community greatly, so I guess I support this suggestion, seeing that we will always have the US bots anyway.

But we should have high pings instead? You are an exception since ur NZ and u lag on both anyway. But I do not like playing IH on usa/ca bot when the majority of people playing those IHS are europeans. Its just stupid.

Since USA is a better country we should keep the servers here.

and I would have played that second ih game if i wasn't kicked, so add +1 to usa region

Unvouched users do not count towards the ratio and their opinions are worth less in any discussion around IDIH.

Well, since Euros are ALREADY playing on US bots, and are still tolerating it with okay-ish ping. US players have not played on Euro bots, since, like, ever, and are not used to the delay, and we will lose a lot of East ENTIDIH players if we move to Europe bots. Unless we gain a lot more ENTIDIH vouched players from Euro, I suggest we keep the actual ENTIDIH bot on US, and make a bot called ENTIDIH2 or something.

Diz conservatives. Who cares that we are "used" to higher ping? If ents pub ID bot had more euros than easts it would be moved to europe aswell, and we are not talking about 51/49% btu rather 60/40% ratio of euros/east. East will have same ping like euros on usa bots atm.

tbh as long as you pick a good server it shouldn't matter. I think a consistently worse 50ms ping would be much better than the random 500+ spikes we currently get.

Not quite sure you'd lose players unless somebody set-up their own us ih's.

I hope it is a joke , either way i suggest all euros players to boycot it , lets see if there are enought US players for US servers , ez

I support this idea. Either move it completely or create ENTIDIH2.
