Lets assume not everybody knows how to set up a full deny lumber base. Which yes I know mostly everybody does, but I think it's all in our best interests to help new players and expand our community.
Alright so to start it off, you want to try and find a lb spot that allows you to set up 3-5 walls, this will give you enough time to fully deny your lb and because most titans will usually walk straight past your lumber base onto another source of feed due to the fact that it can be time consuming and the only thing that awaits them behind those walls is nothing, Aka FULL DENY LUMBERBASE.
Alright so now that you have your 3-5walls set up, place down about 2-3 shelters for some good lumber income(You can place more shelters but if you're new to this I honestly wouldn't recommend it until you get more practice) Make sure these shelters are within your FS(Food source) range. After you set up your shelters, use your builder to attack the shelters twice, after that stop the attack command and repair the shelter for 1 second, then attack the shelter for a third time. This shouldn't kill your shelter, but bring it down to very low red hp allowing your FS to deny it in one attack(Unless of course you randomed and got a dmg boost but for this guide lets assume you didn't) Do this to all your shelters, and afterwards build your 6 or 5 FS depending on which builder you are. Try not to build them close to your walls or else they will attack the titan and mess up your deny later on. Now here is where you have a couple of choices to go about this. You can keep all 6 of your FS incase of titan nuking your lb and instead of having to stop golding to build 4 more FS you can already summon more harvesters right off the bat. You also have the ability to summon workers middle to dispel wotw(Wand of the wind) but don't worry about that if you're new. Or you can kill 4 of your FS and leave 2 of them which I recommend you doing if you're just beginning to do full deny lumber bases. This is because you have less to worry about denying which takes some pressure off of you
Now you can bring your FS down to full deny hp a couple different ways, but lets just stay basic. If you chose to leave 2 FS you can follow the same steps as you did with the shelters(After this click and box select both of your FS and hotkey them to any number you like, Example:4 to do this all you have to do is hold down ctrl and press 4) If you chose to leave 6 FS, I can only assume you know how to lower your FS hp with other FS and know what you're doing by now
Now build your Rc(Research center) next to your FS and upgrade your walls. Next attack your Rc and hit it 4 times, then press 4 or w/e hotkey you set to your 2 FS and attack the rc 2 times and stop.
With all this done you should now have all your buildings ready to be denied.
I KNOW THIS IS A VERY LENGTHY GUIDE BUT WE'RE ALMOST DONE, JUST A COUPLE MORE STEPS HANG IN THERE ^.^
Now in order to deny your lb is fairly simple. First you must deny your harvesters. Box select or double click the harvesters, Press d and click on the ground near them to do this. After all your harvesters are detonated, it's time to deny your buildings.
#1 click your hotkey to your FS, in this case 4
#2 hold down SHIFT and A(The attack command)
#3 click all three shelters, your rc and then click on BOTH of your FS.
TAADDAA You denied your LB and gave titan no feed. You're on your way on becoming a very good ID player, keep it up. Practice makes perfect, Hope this guide helped. I know there was a lot of info and steps pact into it which made it very long, and i'm sorry about that

You need less spam text, use of bbcode and pictures for this to be any help to anyone.

I don't like your photo.
A lot of your recommendations are easily nukable and therefore no reason to actually go through the 17 walls.
Theres another place I like bottom mid-left but I forgot to mark it, have to go through there to nuke the only bottom left red.

I agree with stealer there are only a few good lumberbases that can be set up entirely without fear of nuke and otherwise you'd better watch were the titan is heading.
Got it memorized?

tbh no walls is probably as good as those diagonal walls people do.
If the titan is going to ww in they can just jump the diagonal walls.

Re: Setting up a Full deny LB
Basically, the only place to mass wall in pubs at the moment is left of mound, circle base north of mound and bottom of mound due to distance from mound (pubs dying in 5 seconds). For inhouses, these are all viable provided you know how to detonate before titan nukes using worker, turtle or building scouts. You wouldn't mass-wall in a lot of those marked spots in your screenshot because it'd take millions of walls (gold + exp feed = worse) to mass wall some of those un-nukable lumber bases.Cambrioleuse wrote:Burn wrote:http://www.islanddefense.org/forum/index.php/topic,2947.0.html
