What if there is a game, with only titan left with no minis and a Tauren with rage, unable to base and trapped in a seed. Titan won't be able to nuke him to death as Tauren's rage is invul to nuke, and when in builder form, he has healing ward to heal up the damage dealt. It could last for like so long.

3 minutes of cd -> time to eth/nuke to death, ward is nukeable and is pretty slow heal. agree that it's pretty stupid, unless titan is also stupid and lets tauren freepoke in which case the tauren eventually might be able to win

Or he could just afk which is also allowed.

As long as he doesn't purposely stall to ruin the game, you've to wait for the avatar to go off and kill him.
