titan dmg glitch? foss 400dmg to 250dmg

In this replay at around 1h 14mins https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=2586500 something happened that made my base damage go from 400 back to 250. I'm too lazy to check and see but if someone else could that would be greatly appreciated.

When Morphling, Panda, Tauren(AR); Fossurious (burrow) switches forms, it removes damage tomes and starting random damage tome.
It's a bug. It'll be fixed in future versions (even if it's a very hard bug to fix).
