[3.1.0] Patch Preview

This is just a preview of patch 3.1.0 and what is currently finished and nor is it finalized. Stuff can change and stuff will stay.
There will be more updated soon.
Opinions and suggestions are welcomed.

-Titan can now be used before any player has chosen a Builder.

A lot of terrain changes, and new additions have been added.

== GLOBAL ==
When choosing a Builder they will now have roles listed in their description.
Basers will be listed as 'Baser'.
Supports will be listed as 'Defenders'.
Hunters will be listed as 'Hunters'.
Wall cost reformatted.
Tier 1 cost. 50 => 75
Tower cost reformatted.
Tier 1 cost. 50 => 100
Tier 2 cost. 150 => 175
Tier 3 cost. 250 => 250
tier 4 cost. 500 => 500
Harvesters lumber gathering rate has been slightly increased to accommodate these above changes.
You can no longer use "Gold to Lumber" to supply other Players with lumber.
Non-combative builders will no longer be opt in for bonus damage when chosen by random.
Bonus damage from random increased. 10 => 25
Staff of Teleportation cost increased. 6 => 12.
Staff of Teleportation restock time increased. 30 => 120
== DREANEI ==
Shelter cost decreased. 15 => 10
== TROLL ==
Troll has a new upgrade named Spiked Barricade, replacing the former Spiked Structure upgrade in the ARC.
Spiked Barricade: Surrounds Troll structures with weak spikes, increasing their hit points by 50/50/50 and armor by 2/2/2. These spikes also deal 20/40/60 piercing damage to attackers.
Cost: 1000/1500/2000 wood. Requires: RC/Merchant/ARC.
The upgrade Haste has been reworked.
Haste: Improves the capabilities of the Trolls towers, increasing their attack speed by 15/25% and their attack range by 100/250.
Cost: 1500/2000 wood. Requires: RC/Merchant.
Trolls tower cost has been tweaked costing 3/0/0/0 food.
== DRYAD ==
Tower mana rescaled. 21 * Tier
Towers will now upgrade automatically when reaching maximum mana.
== TAUREN ==
Ancestral Rage magic Immunity replaced. Magic Immunity => 50% Magic Resistance
== OGRE ==
Catapult damage upgrade reworked.
Each tier consist of 3 upgrades.
Tier 1 requires Basic Research Center.
Tier 2 requires Merchant.
Tier 3 requires Advance Research Center.
Time => 5 + 5/per level.
Lumber => 300 + 250/per level.
Catapult cost 100 lumber.
Catapult damage, 23-23 + 3/per level.
Catapult collision size has been decreased. 72 => 24
Catapult movement speed has been increased. 290 => 325
== HUNTRESS ==
Remade and released in a different patch.
== SATYR ==
- Satyr's critical strike has been removed and replaced with Double Strike.
* The Satyr refines his killing tactics allowing him a 15/25/35% chance to strike twice, dealing 50% on the second strike. This will proc plunder giving you 1/2/3 gold depending on the Titan's level.
- Shadow dash has a new mechanic and tooltip.
* The Satyr dashes through the shadows gaining a burst of speed. If the Satyr attacks an enemy during this phase, he will double strike.
- Satyr's evasion has been removed and replaced with Evade.
* The Satyr uses defensive tactics while fighting, allowing him a chance to dodge damage every 8/7/6 seconds. (Note: This can be used to dodge things such as nukes and attacks, this also wont proc on damage below 50.)
- Satyr's Rouge Den's abolish magic ability will only effect a unit every 10 seconds.

Players who use the command -Titan gain 25+previous Titan's gold for taking over.
3 Eye of the Oceans will combine into a Pearl of Vision.

Meat Shield:
Passive: Generates up to 3 chunks up meat every 30 seconds which reduce incoming damage by 10% for each remaining meat chunk. Each meat chunk requires 20 attacks before they are destroyed.
Active: Bubonicus devours a chunk of meat instantly restoring 600 hit points.
Cooldown: 14
== FOSSURIOUS ==
Groundripping renamed to Impale.
Multiple Impales can now damage the same target.
Impale spike speed increased to 0.20. 0.30 => 0.20
Burrow manacost removed. 60 => 0
Burrow transition time reduced to 1.75/1.25/0.75. 3/2.5/2 => 1.75/1.25/0.75
Burrow movement speed increased to 310. 240 => 300
== GRANTICLES ==
Hurl Boulder radius increased to 195. 170 => 195
Hurl Boulder damage increased to 150. 135 => 150
Pebble Toss no longer has an increased stun against heroic units.
Pebble Toss cast delay removed. 0.50 => 0.0
Pebble Toss range decreased. 600 => 500
== GLACIOUS ==
"Heal" now heals nearby friendly units for 60% of the heal value in a 375 radius.
== ITEMS ==
All recipe item have had their icons changed to their corresponding item.
Tome of Retraining has been renamed to Relic of Knowledge.
Relic of Knowledge cost removed, but has a 3 minute cool down.
Super Regen Armored Spines reworked.
20 hit points/second.
50% mana regeneration.
5 armor.
No movement speed.
No Recipe cost.
Floating now has stop/move/patrol/hold position.
====== BUGS ======
Tome of Health and Damage will now correctly transfer on units that have morphing abilites.
Cooldown resets on units with morphing abilites should be fixed. [CONFIRMED Smiley]
Fixed -Titan not transfering gold to the new Titan correctly.
Satyr must deal damage to Plunder on attacks.
Tauren must deal damage to gain EXP on attacks.
Fixed Punish and Unpunish for Yellow.
Players will no longer gain vision of shops when switching teams(Minion or Titan).
Bubonicus's Poisonous Cloud now affects undead units(Radioactive, Demonologist and Dreanei).
Bubonicus's Poisonous Cloud no longer affects magic immuned units.
Pirate's Food Sources now correctly give 2 gold.

Carnerox wrote:I've redone how removing buffs works be it punish or detonate. It no longer will remove buffs that seem like they're positive but are negative in Warcraft 3's eyes.
With this new system added as well, certain buffs which are mainly Titan ultimate's cannot be debuffed allowing you to siege without worrying about a Furblog Shaman purging you and losing your ultimate during the fight.
