[3.1.0] Terrain

I added 3 new lumber areas to hopefully encourages baser's to choose lumber bases over claiming every seed as their own. Some seeds have been removed as well(Not listed in the screen shots).

Note: These changes are no were near finalized.

Really should address the 9 wall lumber bases since once pubs learn to not first blood it makes Titan impossible to farm.

thats cool faerie island is useful now :D
also I hope euro is nerfed enough otherwise people will just keep basing there

Thanks, that's what I was aiming for.

With the Euro Base, I tried to nerf it enough to where it's power isn't 'base here and win', but enough to keep it as a decent base.

Yes. Please add more 'strong' bases, so 'weak' players can win a game. duh..

Reduce the amount of seeds, make space in front of bases so the titan doesn't block himself and everything should be fine.

In my opinion the top mid lumber base is too small and easy to nuke all the workers. When I'm choosing lumber base I take multiple aspects in consideration:
  • Can I fit all my workers efficiently in there?
  • Can the titan easily walk by and and nuke the workers?
  • Will the titan find it quickly?
  • Will it last long enough to cope with the cost of me making the lumber base?
  • Will there be a hassle placing food resources?
To be honest, that lumber base doesn't fill up the necessary criteria for me to have my lumber base there. I'd make it larger so it can fit 25 workers.

I like the faerie island, if I'm ever going to use it will be to mix things up from the ordinary, it's nice that the map has availability for that as well. Even though it's almost the same size as the top mid lumber base I feel it's nothing that can be done to improve it due to it's surroundings. It looks really nice by the way.

With the idea in mind I had when creating the lumber base top mid was similar to the version mid right which is a very unique area for what it is. From the original picture I did improve upon it and it is able to fit within a full harvesting squad. I believe when I did a play-test I was able to fit an RC in it as well with plenty of harvesters within.
