I modified and changed some of the commands up.

-All Random requires 60% of the current Builders to vote yes. If Titan votes no, then AR will be denied.

-Builder Random requires 50% of the current Builders.

-Titan Random is removed.

-Random Draft is removed. I thought about adding this as default mode for IH but I doubt many people will use default.

-Inhouse added.

When inhouse is activated the Builder Leader will be able to enable one of the main commands, All Random, Builder Random, All Pick or leave as default(Single Pick). After that the Builder Leader can input sup commands like, feed percentage(2-10%, default at 3%), base EXP for Titan(default at 110%).

If you have any other ideas or suggestions for said above commands go ahead.

Make sure you include a voting system for -exp/dxp -gc and -froff!

Uh... what? -tr was titan revival which suid a mini and 15g to revive the main titan. That was removed in 3.0.9d, I don't believe there is a -tr in the current version.

Oh well.

It will still within the coding registered as a command and taking up space.
