How do you edit the map ?

I always been interested by Island Defense, and now I would like to come up with some new spots/bases for the map.

The question is, How can I download the map to wc3 editor?
I tried just openening the Downloaded file "Island Defense 4.0.0.0097c Beta OU9.w3x" in wc3 editor, it Starts to progress and Loading in the terrain, but then it says "unable to load file C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III\Maps\Download\Island Defense 4.0.0.0097c Beta OU9.w3x"
