Titan players that max nuke

Who does lvl nuke first Before heals? I hate those players.... Tell me what you max? Heal or nuke.

    What are the nuke damage levels again?

    Sucks to forum when not at home and so no access to game.

    nuking builders with large health pools, magic resistance or mana shield. more bounces too iirc.

    Yeah, I almost never get the lvl 3 nuke, on minion or main since I don't get super EXP fed most games. Lvl 2 double nuke does the trick.
