Arachnid proposed changes (SPIDERMAN)

Seeing as I already put so much effort into this builder, here is my proposed non-final Arachnid (will edit her later):

Main builder changes:

Starting mana: 100Mana (so he can use eye of ocean)
Turn speed: Instant, Arachnid turns instantly because of his spider-like instincts.

Abilities changes:

Blinding web
Tooltip:
Arachnid weaves a web to make enemies miss.
Miss chance: 100%
Duration: 5 seconds
Damage per second: 50 damage per second
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Cast range: 800 range
(Can be dispelled using punish)


Triggered to have no cast animation and no cast time

Adrenaline injection
Tooltip:
Arachnid's bites cause 100 DPS to enemies for 10 seconds. (Passive)
Arachnid bites herself which makes her secrete adrenaline hormones to make her speedy. (Active)
Movement speed: 522ms
Life drain (HP/S): 10
Duration (seconds): 10
Cooldown: 80 seconds
(Can not kill the builder)
(Can be dispelled by Wand of neutralization)
(Base unit regenreation is 6HP/S


Web spin
Tooltip:
Arachnid spins a trail of small webs behind her which blinds enemies in the web.
Miss chance: 15%
Slow speed: Same as Makrura's
Lingers on enemies for further 1 second
The trail dissapears after 2 seconds. (So titan won't first hit miss after WOTW)
(Can be dispelled using punish)
Slow speed should be similar to Makrura's slow speed.

Towers: Same as 3.0.9d, but the towers each have a passive that blinds and deals damage per second to enemies which does not stack. The towers now shoot web out. The damage is magic damage which gets reduced by the titan's hero armour by 25%.

Towers changes:

Disorientating web (tower's passive)
Tooltip
Arachnid towers generate webs with every attack that blinds the enemy and deals damage every second.
Enemy miss chance: 5%/5%/10%/25%
Chance to land: 4%
Duration:5 seconds


(Basically, it won't be OP if an arachnid made only one tower in a double base, but would be good if it had around 6.)

Hunter changes:

Eye stab (Passive)
Tooltip
On melee hit, the enemy is blinded and will miss 100% of his attacks.
Enemy miss chance: 100%
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Duration: 10 seconds


Origins and additional ideas:
Give arachnid a DPS goo outta his asshole that slows 10% titan move speed and deals 50 DPS and make his towers do additional 5/7/9/12 DPS instead of slow poison.

We don't have DPS builders yet (Except radio has burn/frost DPS i guess?), since arachnid is a spider give arachnid venomous DPS towers. And make his hunter ranged with a DPS passive. It really isn't hard to make her unique, there's so many ways.

You could also make Arachnid a blind builder with webs, cast that shit on the titan to make her miss, and towers have chance to make titan miss for 25% of attacks by shooting webs from the towers.

Or you could make her into a speedy re-waller and take out his towers, make her max or near max. move speed and watch her zoom around like a kite.

Could also give arachnid an ability that disorientates the titan when he shoots his acid trip spell which makes titan go the opposite way he clicks that is punishable, and unable to attack units.

+1.

I think the slow/miss aura should be changed to only a miss aura, for balance reasons.

The tower damage type doesn't really matter, piercing is better imo as then it won't nerf ethereal mirror, which is pretty weak item as it is.

Should add/change an item that gives truestrike to counter all the freaking miss chance, even though you can punish it. Punish has a 3 second cooldown (iirc) and the miss chance would be too strong without a truestrike item imho.

But Goblin walls have 25% miss chance and 650HP walls, and no-one complains about it.

The problem with arachnid atm is his megas do zero DPS, as referenced by my arach game against Beekauzh.

If it is too OP, then we could always nerf the miss chance. I don't think having a truestrike item will balance it, I think by nerfing/buffing miss/blind chance it would truely balance it.
