Ent Bans

So is it an IP ban or a player ban?

And is there some system or format in which the ban time is adjusted? sometimes i get bans up to 3 days but i keep seeing others saying bans only a few hours long.....

Autoban depends on how good your stay % is and how many games you have.
If you have an account with many games your autoban when you leave will only be an hour. If you have a new account or an account with a poor stay ratio it will be a longer ban.

is there a knowned maximum ban time? or is there no limit to the ban?

Can be between 1 day and one week.

It all depends on your amount of games and stay rate.
