Warcraft IV is in development after Blizzard Entertainment is done with the last SCII expansion.

Well blizzard has a lot of things to worry about before WCIV become a part of their agenda. They have to work on patching Heart of the Swarm, developing Legacy of the Void, developing Heroes of the Storm and finishing of Warlords of Draenor. To add on top of that list, they're also working on the new Warcraft movie which is due to be released around 2016.
If a new warcraft isn't announced at blizzcon, this year, then you should just forget about warcraft 4.
