Greetings,
I'm the developer of Warcraft Gaming Network which has just been openly released for beta testing and am inviting you to participate.
It's been quite a small operation thus far --just myself and a small group of internal beta testers-- and has now reached a point where we can begin introducing the platform to the loyal (albeit, small) remaining Warcraft III community.
You can read more about the project and download the client software on the website.
Note: At present the network is somewhat barren given it has only just been released and encourage you to invite your friends to help us populate the community and spread the word.

Name based, I guess or what makes your system save to use?
If you're referring to how they're identified (e.g, module name), then no, no userland API.

it is a great to see that someone still cares about wc3 community, i will try this platform and i hope that will become popular. I wish you all the luck
