rules for afk players

hi all i have been banned 2 times now for not voting on afk player at what time is it established a player is afk??? 5 mins 10 mins half an hour? also how do I now a player is afk? do I take the oposing teams word? and how long do afk players get banned??? cant you put a system in the game like xfire where after 5mins there own team can kik without other teams vote in the game I was banned for how long was afk playere banned?

if a team says, somebody is afk, and they say it in all chat, and the person which is accused to be afk wont say: "lie, im here" (or anything else) after a SHORT period of time (e.g. 20 sec) then u can be quite sure the person is indeed afk. if he is just to stupid to react and say something if he gets falsly accused to be afk, then u wont get banned if he requests a ban for votekickabuse afterwards.
afk players get banned long, i wont add any number here, since it depends on the situation.

I would like to no if the afk player got banned? maybe a admin could answer that please and how long for?

1) 3 minutes of afking is ban-able.
2) DotA has an ingame command which enables any player to -kick color for afking > 5 minutes.
3) Ban duration depends on the impact and the afk duration.
