Because you are posting in the general discussion while technical issues like a bot being off-line belong in the technical support section.

Technical support hardly seemed like the place to go.
I don't need support for my tech, which is the obviously implied purpose of that forum.
It never even crossed my mind to look there for information on this, but it is there nonetheless.
Any updates yet on when we will see it back online?
