Why don't you upload it as picture as JPG/JPEG - recommended or PNG? Try some online converter from that format to format which should be used for pictures.

@HazarDous the message was for my opponent and since i have never seen this before i was wondering if it was some kind of 3rd party program that triggered it in his wc3 folder
