It says CFO is banned till 2017-11, for what?

Hi,

I played yesterday against CFO (DOTA), for a good 2 games. I suspected that he MH:ed, because everytime I would approach him in fog he would back, even though he had no wards. Is he banned for MH?

Yes, he is currently banned for MH.
