ENB Series and WC3

Hey i was bored and checking my wc3 folder, i saw this enb series text file on it, and i was shocked i remember when my older brother used to put those files on the GTA IV folder to make the game look prettier and i was wondering why is it there? can we make use of it for wc3?

Humm well idk, unless you mod your singelplayer game I think not, however alot of what the devs and mapmakers from hive https://www.hiveworkshop.com/ Do is with custom made stuff so that it all looks new. might wanna check there too
